Our state-of-the-art winery & facilities
With a dedication to providing customers the latest in viticulture technologies, Pacific Wine Services recently finalized an equipment procurement that added several state-of-the-art machines, including the following:
(10) 5 - ton open fermenters with cooling jackets
(13) 5 - 7 ton open-top fermenters
(1) 22 - ton static fermenter
(3) 20 - ton static fermenters

Custom Crush
Small Production
We specialize in small production wine runs.
Most clients range from 1 ton to 100 tons, and the capacity of our facility is 450 tons.
Full Sanitation
Our entire team follows strict sanitation protocols to ensure equipment and facility cleanliness.
Winemaking Capabilities
Our facility can support you in making white wines, rose wines, red wines, and petillant naturel sparkling wines.

Facility & Equipment

Certified scale for accurate weights, hand sorting fruit across a shaker table, destemmer with sorting capabilities and speed adjustment, variety of fermentation vessels with temperature control, custom fermentation protocols. Fermentation capabilities from 0.5 ton in Macro Bins to multiple 15 ton tanks.

Certified scale for accurate weights, direct to press whole cluster with gentle extraction cycles, temperature-controlled tanks for cold juice settling, tank or barrel fermentation options.

Bottle the wine while it’s still fermenting and natural carbonate in the bottle. We can disgorge the bottles by hand and utilize crown caps as the finish. Production can be 20 cases to 200 cases.

Puelo 70hL membrane press and SK 1.6hL membrane press, shaker table to hand sort fruit, Armbruster Rotovib with roller sorter. Two forklifts always on site, one with bin dumping attachment.

5,000 sq ft cellar with a variety of stainless-steel tanks ranging in size from 350 gallons to 6,400 gallons. All tanks have glycol chilling capabilities.

Separate 5,000 sq ft building with temperature control and humidifiers. Easy access to your barrels during business hours with ladders or scissor lift.

Lenticular and cartridge filer housings on site for rental and client use

We bring in a mobile bottling line 3 times a year clients can utilize. Hand bottling is also an option.
