“Custom Crush” means that we are a facility that is a bonded winery that provides equipment, space, and skilled labor for other wine brands to produce wine.
It allows individuals or brands to make wine without the large overhead to build a winery and acquire all the necessary equipment.
It’s ideal for small brands to get started or established wineries that need to expand capacity.
The comprehensive winemaking services we offer range from grape to bottle.
All of our programs can be adapted for production volumes ranging from 1 ton to 100 tons, and we also provide the option for an Alternating Proprietorship for added flexibility.
Our expert staff is dedicated to quality and works closely with clients to create customizable wine programs tailored to their unique production needs and goals.

From vine to bottle, we guide you through the creation of your own personalized brand. Starting with the development of a wine label, continued by printing and bottle selection, and finished with varietal blending and launch, the Bespoke Barrel Program is unlike any other wine branding service in that it offers a behind-the-scenes experience that touches on every detail of the wine-making tradition.
