Services
Harvest Services
PWS provides complete harvest services including fruit receiving, hand sorting, destemming, tank fermentation, small lot "punch down" fermentation, state-of-the-art press operations and barrel maintenance.
Alternating Proprietorship
We offer clients a fixed, annual fee, alternating proprietorship solution. This enables our clients to obtain an O2 winegrower's license. It is the goal of PWS to remain 100% compliant with TTB and ABC regulations.
Barrel Storage
With a 5,000 square foot facility dedicated to barrel storage, PWS offers customers an abundance of storage space in a climate and humidity-controlled environment.
Case Good Storage
We provide 1,500 square feet of secure, climate and temperature-controlled case good storage.
Bottling
Unlike most custom crush facilities, PWS offers customers a variety of bottling services including bottle procurement, screen-printing, canning and onsite bottling operations up to four times a year!
Brand Development
Are you interested in starting your very own wine brand? We can help! PWS developed the Bespoke Barrel Program which helps customers with wine label design, taste profile development, and barrel-to-bottle brand formation.

Since our establishment in 2006, we have made significant capital investments and recruited top industry professionals to develop a facility that has produced several 90-point-plus-rated wines.
