Our facility is R30 insulated and climate controlled. Our tanks have glycol heating and cooling capability. Our barrel room is humidity controlled and utilizes a night air system to maximize energy efficiency. On the crush pad we have the Armbruster Rotovibe destemmer and Mistral 140 automated berry sorting system. We have all the tools you need to make the wine you want.

For the last 10 years, Craig has also developed and grown his own successful brands. Craig brings his knowledge to the Pacific team with the same passion for great wines as our clients.
